IPMC 403.5 Dryer exhaust blocked by birds/nest. Needs to be
corrected by removing birds and installing an
approved vent cover.

IPMC 605 Grounding lug on dryer cord not connected and will
need corrected. Potential shock hazard in current
condition.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Missing smoke detector in front bedroom.Also need
CO detector installed in vicinity of bedrooms.
IPMC 504.3 505.4 Water heater installed with out permits and not
installed to code.This is still not corrected. Gas line
needs to be black pipe and supply lines can not be
pex. Supply lines need to be hard pipe up 18"off top
of water heater. Need licensed contractor to make
corrections and obtain permits and inspections.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in dining room has had water damage.
Remove damaged drywall and replace with new.
Potential for mold to form.
IPMC 3005.3 Interior surfaces to include windows and patio doors
shall be maintained in good condition. Patio blind is
in poor condition and needs replaced.
IPMC 309 Bed bug infestation still present. Contact pest control
agency to treat and remove bed bugs.Will need
copy of report from pest control agency.
