IPMC 304.7 Roof leaking and still has not been replaced.
Currently a tarp is on roof to prevent water form
leaking into mobile home.Water damage in front
bedroom needs corrected to ensure air quality is
safe for occupants.

IPMC 305 Water damage in front bedroom, living room window,
and back bedroom window. Repair all water damage.
Remove all water damaged material and replace so
affected areas will not have potential for mold.
IPMC 505.4 Water hearer is not currently installed to code..
Water is missing discharge tube,gas line not hooked
up to hard pipe. Current gas line is hooked up using
an appliance connector and is not allowed for this
application. Contact a licensed contractor to install
water specific for mobile home use. Currently supply
lines and venting of water heater does not meet
code.A gas water heater needs to be In a sealed
cabinet and not in a closet in a bedroom.
IFC 915 CO detector is needed in vicinity of the front 2
bedrooms. Code requires CO detectors in vicinity of
any bedroom.
IPMC 403.5 Excessive lint buildup behind dryer. Since vacant
dryer has been removed.
IPMC 603 Furnace and cabinet needs cleaned.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration needed for
all units that are being rented. Unit will need
inspected and registered before being occupied.
