Violation Comments IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need smoke detectors in each bedroom and basement. Violation Comments IPMC 605 Light in hallway not working. Missing switch covers needed installed in bedroom Some outlets not working in bedrooms and living room. Appliances such as freezers(2)need direction connection to outlets. Currently 2 freezers are plugged in to power strips. Tenant advised breakers keep blowing from using appliances. Checked breaker panel and all breaker are functional at time of inspection. IPMC 603 Mechanical equipment shall be properly installed and maintained in working condition. Condensate pump in basement is not pumping discharge out. Pump is leaking on floor. Currently a lot of water is all over basement floor. IPMC 403.5 Dryer needs to exhaust directly to the outside and currently connection is disconnected at elbow. IFC 315 Storage of lawn mower in basement is not allowed. Lawn mower will need removed from basement. IPMC 403.2 Bath exhaust is not working. Possible fan needs replaced/repaired. IPMC 506 Sanitary drain in basement overflows according to tenant and currently drain was not backed up. Have check for obstruction.
