Smoke detectors all need to be working. Need CO
detector by down stairs bedroom. Smoke detector in
basement not working.

IPMC 305 Bath floor and sub floor need replaced. Water
damage has made floors unsafe by toilet and tub.
Correct all peeling paint.
Replace damaged ceiling tiles and make sure all tiles
are in place.
Nails sticking out floor on stairs and loose pads on
stairs potential for trip hazards.
All floors throughout unit needs to be maintained in
good condition, clean, and in sanitary condition.
