IPMC 305 Floor in kids bedroom needs replaced. Can see into
basement from missing floor boards.
Threshold into kitchen needs replaced.
Interior doors need to fit reasonable well in their
opening and be able to open and close. Kids
bedroom door and bathroom door are not able to
perform their intended function.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration needed.
Property is not registered and a current court order
is requiring that all rental units be registered.
IPMC 605 Outlets in kids bedroom not working and outlet in
basement not secured. Box is just hanging by the
wire.
Electrical panel is not grounded.
IPMC 504 Shower cabinet is unsanitary.All surfaces need to
be in a sanitary and clean condition. Currently
exposed wood is decayed and contains mold on the
surface.
Discharge drain pipe on washing machine does not
drain correctly.
Kitchen sing needs faucet replaced it is leaking real
bad and needs drain pipe replaced. Slinky hose in
place nad needs of be solid pipe.
IPMC 304.13 All windows need to be in operation condition.
Currently windows do not open and are not able to
perform the intended function.
IPMC 304.15 Exterior back door has an interior door in place.
Door needs replaced and needs to fit in the opening.
IPMC Foundation is in bad condition. Foundation needs
repaired. Currently water is coming into basement
and is unsanitary and basement is unsafe.
Foundation needs to be free of holes an cracks.
Contact a foundation mason to correct foundation
issues.
Chimney in basement need fixed. Clean out door is
rotted off and debris is falling out of the chimney.
IPMC 304.12 Need hand rails and guards installed on basements
steps.
IPMC Basement stairs unsafe and fall hazards are present
with the steps being dilapidated.
IPMC Dryer is exhausting into basement and needs to
exhaust to the exterior.
