IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector missing from bedroom
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher needed.

IPMC 304.15 Front door hardware broken and needs replaced.
Door is cracked at lockset from door being possibly
kicked in.
IPMC 309 Mice feces present in food pantry. Bugs and ants
present from tenant not keeping the premises that
the tenant occupies clean and sanitary.
If infestation is caused by failure of the occupant to
prevent such infestation in the area occupied the
occupant shall be responsible for the pest control.
Multiple units is the responsibility of the owner but
each unit occupied by tenant is tenants
responsibility.
IPMC 504 Bathroom tub has escutcheons not secured to wall
letting water in wall from shower.
Medicine cabinet not secured to wall and black tape
holding mirror closed.
Tub doors have been removed from shower
cabinet/tub by tenant.
IPMC 702 Egress door off kitchen is blocked and there needs
to be a safe continuous&unobstructed path of
travel out of the building from the kitchen.
