IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of bedrooms. CO detectors needed outside
each bedroom.

IPMC 605 Entry way light fixture handing from wires. Light
fixture in bathroom needs bulbs.All outlets and
switches need covers. GFCI outlet in kitchen not
working.
Make sure all fixtures,switches, and outlets are safe
and in working condition to meet code.
IPMC 504 Kitchen sink leaking and faucet needs replaced.
Bathroom sink not working.All plumbing fixtures
need to be safe,sanitary,and in working condition.
Fix all leaks and make sure all plumbing fixtures are
in working condition.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint needs corrected. Drawer fronts on
kitchen cabinets missing. Holes in walls need
repaired.All surfaces need to be in good condition.
Make shift wall installled not original to foot print of
house.Wall is also not maintain in good condition.
IPMC 304.10 Front stairs under construction.Top stair does not
meet code.All steps need to be within 3/8 of an inch.
Stringer attachment not to code and handrails need
installed.
IPMC 403.3 Stove not in working condition. Oven does not work
just stove top works.
