IPMC 403.5 Dryer exhaust blocked by birds and birds nest.
Needs to correct by installation of vent cover to
prevent birds into duct.Also remove birds.

IPMC 605 Grounding lug on dryer cord not connected and will
needs corrected. Potential shock hazard in current
condition.
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Missing smoke detector in front bedroom.Also need
CO detector installed in vicinity of bedrooms.
IPMC 504.3 505.4 Water heater not installed to code.Water heater
needs to be hard piped. Current installation has flex
gas line installed and water heater was installed
without a permit. Obtain licensed contractor to obtain
permits for the installation and bring to code.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in dining room has had water damage.
Remove damaged drywall/plaster and replace with
new. Potential for mold in damaged area.
IPMC 309 Bed bug infestation in unit. Contract with pest control
agency to treat and remove bed bugs.Will need a
report from pest control agency.
After elimination proper precautions shall be taken to
prevent reinfestation. Check adjoining units for
infestation.
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces including windows and patio doors
shall be maintained in good condition. Patio blind is
in dilapidated condition and needs replaced.
