IFC 907 !915 Smoke detector needed in basement and CO
detector needed in vicinity of bedrooms.
IPMC 305.6 Need door hardware replaced/repaired on bedroom
door. Hardware needs to be functional.

IPMC 605 Electricial hazards to include.......outlets not working
in bathroom, living room,switch in crawl space not
installed to code. Electricial hazards in garage
exposed wires and panel not installed to code. Hire
electricial contractor to obtain permits to correct all
hazards. Electricial panel in house needs approved
cover to fit over opening. Hallway and exterior light
not working.
Washer and dryer need correct connection to a
grounded outlet. Currently outlets are using
adapters to try to use grounded appliances to make
appliances work. Correct all electricial hazards and
wire garage and house to code.
IPMC 504 Plumbing issues need corrected by hiring a plumber
to use a camera to find blockage.
Toilet not secured to floor. Need to check connection
and check for water damage.
IPMC 603 Garage furnace not wired correctly. Correct or
remove.
9-7-49-7-5 Annual registration need.2017 registration has been
received.
IPMC 304.15 Correct screen door not currently installed correctly.
