Currently a tarp in on roof to prevent water from leaking into mobile home.Water damage in front bedroom need corrected to ensure air quality is safe for occupants and mold is not present. Currently gives potential for airborne debris from dirt and not changing filter regularly. 9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration needed for this unit and all mobile homes used as rental units.
