IPMC 304.12 Handrail to upstairs needs to be a continuous
handrail and securely attached to the wall.

IRC R 312 Guards and window fall protection needed on
bedroom windows. Limiters needed so window will
not open over 4'but are able to be overridden so
window can open to escape in the event of a fire.
IPMC 605 The Service entrance pipe on the rear of the
building still is not repaired.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters is still missing on side of porch and gutter
section is laying in the front yard.
IPMC 302 Trees still not removed by AC unit and potentially
causing damage to foundation. Remove damaged
trees and remove tree from growing out of
foundation.
