outside of the bedrooms. CO detector needed in
basement.

Handrail not attached to stairs.
IPMC 504 Water heater leaking back through PT valve Have
licensed contractor repair water heater. .
Upstairs sink not draining correctly. Have licensed
plumber make required corrections.
IPMC 603 Need HVAC contractor inspect to ensure furnaces
are in working condition. Change filters on all
furnaces.
Stove in not functional and needs replaced. Gas
smell coming from stove.
All vent registers need to be installed in place where
