this 2 unit rental.

IFC 907 915 IPMC 704
Smoke detectors required in each bedroom and out
side of the bedrooms. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement.
IPMC 308 Remove all garbage and debris from the basement.
IPMC 504 Water heater is leaking back through the PT valve.
Have licensed contractor repair or replace water
heater.
Toilet is leaking out of the bottom of the toilet.
Shower is not installed to code. Hire licensed
plumber to make plumbing corrections.
