IPMC 504 Water leaks in building and water damage has
occurred in unit. Water damage in back bedroom.
Mold is present in carpet and walls. Mils present in
kitchen cabinet and bathroom sink cabinet.

IPMC 305 Carpet is bunched up in several areas of the unit.
Carpet will need replaced. Carpet has water damage
from leak. Carpet is not safe. The interior of a
structure and equipment therein shall be maintained
in good repair. Mold mitigation plan should be done
by a specialist to ensure areas are safe for the
occupants.
IPMC 305.6 Closet door needs re -hung. Door not able to
function correctly.
IPMC 309 Rodent infestation needs attention.
IPMC 603 Have all duct work and return vents cleaned.
IPMC 108 Mold present in kitchen, bathroom, and back
bedroom. Have specialist mitigate mold throughout
the unit.
