IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed to be installed to code and
be in working condition. Smoke detectors needed in
each bedroom and out side of bedrooms. CO
detectors needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Entryway light has not been fixed. Light fixtures in
bathroom needs bulbs.All outlets and switches need
covers. GFCI outlet in kitchen not working.
IPMC 504 Need newfaucets in kitchen and bathroom sinks.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint needs corrected. Repair all holes in
walls.
Newwall constructed in house not permits and the
wall is not fire rated.The foot print of the house has
been changed and needs approval so it meets code.
Scheduled re-inspection appointment not kept Re-inspection scheduled with building manger and
nobody showed for the inspection.
