Violation Comments
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside bedrooms. CO detectors needed in vicinity
of bedrooms. General maintenance is needed on
detectors in place.
Violation Comments
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is still
needed. Citations pending for failure to register.
IPMC 309 Need exterminator for the mice infestation.
IPMC 305 All holes in walls throughout the house need
repaired.
IPMC 605 Electrical outlets need covers that cover entire
outlet.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords.
IPMC 504 Water heater not installed to code. Supply lines are
pex and they need to be hard piped up 18"off top of
water heater to meet code.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors,jams,and hardware need attention.
Locks and knobs are not functioning as
manufactured.
IPMC 304.15 Front and rear doors need to be operable and
weather tight. Doors do not fit in openings
reasonably well and trim is coming loose. Screen
door on front needs replaced.
IFC Fuel tank in basement needs removed.
IPMC 603 Stove not working and needs replaced.
IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be in good condition and
operational.All windows need screens. Replace
missing/broken windows on porch.
