Violation Comments IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and outside bedrooms. CO detectors needed in vicinity of bedrooms. General maintenance is needed on detectors in place. Violation Comments 9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is still needed. Citations pending for failure to register.
