IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector is needed in the bedroom as well at
outside of the bedroom.
Smoke detector is needed in basement.

IPMC 309 Ryan's Exterminating doing the infestation treatment.
Bugs still present and monitor treatment of unit.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in bedroom does not meet fire code and fire
separation.Water damage in bedroom covered by
paint. Find water source and correct then install
material. Replace all materials so they meet fire
separation.
Floor material in not in a sanitary condition through
the unit.

spins and ceiling does not have proper tiles in
