IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in bedroom or sleeping
area. CO and smoke detector needed outside sleep
area.

IPMC 504 Shower pan and shower need attention. Shower pan
not installed and does not have proper drain.
Missing shower knobs. Contact licensed plumber to
make corrections.
Drain sanitary stack in basement needs replaced by
a licensed plumber.
IPMC 603 Stove have severe gas smell. Make corrections of fix
the stove.
IPMC 304.10 Back deck and stairs need redone. Need to use the
proper fasteners and stairs needs to meet code per
the rise and run. Decking and floor joist not to code.
Obtain information from the city permit counter on
construction requirements of the deck and stairs.
IPMC 309 Monitor rodent infestation. Ryan's currently treating
building.
IPMC 305 All walls and surfaces need to be maintained in good
condition.All surfaces shall be covered and in
sanitary condition.
IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be functional and in good condition.
IPMC 108.1.1 108.1.3 Structure is unsafe and several hazards in building
that a hazard to the occupants.
