IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need Smoke detector in hallway between bedrooms.

IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls have surface mold on walls.Walls
shall be free from cracks and breaks that will allow
rodents and water into basement. Properly clean
surface and coat walls to ensure water and mold will
not form on walls.
IPMC 504 Clean out plug on basement floor needs replace
because it is not tight on clean out.
IPMC 605 Electrical outlet in kitchen the top is not working and
outlet is loose in wall.
Outlets in kids bedroom not grounded.
All lights will need globes.
Light switch by basement stairs is loose.
IPMC 504 Air in water lines causing kitchen sink and shower to
purge and vibrate.Air in water lines. .
IPMC 305.3 Interior surfaces in kitchen cabinets need cleaned.
Surfaces shall be maintained in good,clean and
sanitary condition.
Mitigate mold/mildew from the house. Foundation in
basement needs attention.
IPMC 304.15 Back door needs to be in sound condition and needs
to be weather tight.
Interior bedroom door broken and needs replaced.
IPMC 603 Areas of the house are fighting for air. Cold air and
hot air are fighting for control and creating air quality
issues.
