IPMC 302.5 309 Rodent harborage in structures shall be kept free
from infestation. Mice present in unit and feces
present in unit. Extermination has failed by previous
methods.When mice are found they shall be
promptly exterminated by an approved process that
will not be injurious to human health.
The owner/agent containing two(2)or more units
shall be responsible for the pest elimination in the
unit.
Dead mice present in traps, dead mice in a trap
behind a vent on the upper level, and several places
such as under the stove is the presence of feces
that need removed.
Contact a pest control agency to find the source of
where the mice are originating and have
exterminated.
Holes and spaces between carpet and base boards
are potential to be where mice are coming in.
Defects in the structure shall be the responsibility of
the owner/agent for the elimination.
