IPMC 504 Water leaks in building and water damage has
occurred in unit. Water damage in back bedroom.
Mold present in carpet and walls, mold present in
kitchen cabinet and bathroom sink cabinet.

Carpet will need replaced. Carpet has water damage
from a plumbing leak. Carpet in not safe
The interior of a structure and equipment therein
shall be maintained in GOOD repair, structurally
sound, and in sanitary condition. Mold mitigation
plan should be done by a mold specialist to ensure
areas are safe for the occupants.
Do not just cover damage with paint and carpet will
need pulled up to ensure mold is not in carpet pad.
