Comments
Toilet is leaking at base of the toilet. Possible wax
ring needs replaces and toilet needs re -set on floor.
Furnace needs to maintain 68 degrees in unit.
Stove is not completely functional in unit so stove will
need to be repaired/replaced.
Egress path is blocked by a coffee table in front of
the furnace. Need to keep an unobstructed path .
Windows do not function in kitchen. Window cranks
do not work. Windows also in bedrooms do not stay
open with out help. All windows need to be
maintained in good functional condition.
Windows on living room side have window panels not
in place.
All fixtures need bulbs in the fixtures. Currently bath
fixture is missing a bulb.
Back door does not latch very well door is held
closed by clasp. Screen door also needs replaced.
