IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 All smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
One in each bedroom,one outside of the bedrooms
and one in basement. CO detector needed in vicinity
of the bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Outlets not grounded. Electric panel not grounded in
basement. 3 prong Outlets needs to be returned to
two prong outlets. Electrical panel needs correct
grounding.
IPMC 504 Sewer stack in basement is leaking. Contact licensed
plumber to repair leak. Install plug on open hole on
sewer stack to prevent sewer gas from getting into
basement.
IPMc 305 Replace kitchen drawer that is missing.
IPMC 304.12 Install handrail to basement.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords are not allowed and need to be
removed.
