IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 All smoke detectors will need to be in working
condition. Some tenant rooms are missing some
detectors.

IFC 901.8 Smoke alarm pull station by North entrance has
been tampered with and will need repaired.
IBC 703 All holes in walls need to be covered by an approved
process. Currently the way holes are covered doe
not meet the fire separation of the fire code.
Also rooms under construction will need to meet fire
separation.
IBC 105 All remodeling being done requires permits.
Construction documents/plans will need to be
submitted for reviewto ensure the scope of the work
needs code.
NFPA 25&72 In receipt of Primary Systems testing report.WIII
need corrections and deficiencies corrected.
IFC 1013 All e)at signs need to be in working condition.2nd
Floor sign is damaged and needs replaced.
IFC 1006 Interior fire doors will need hooked up to electronic
closure system. Magnets currently in place to hold
doors open are not operational.
IPMC 403..5 Have all dryer vents cleaned and hooked back up to
dryers.
IFC 1010.1.9.1 North egress door is missing door closure and will
need a new closure installed on dor.
IPMC 504 Repair several water leaks throughout the building.
IPMC 305.3 Replace all missing ceiling tiles throughout building.
Repair all defective surface conditions in building.
IFC All common areas and tenant/vacant rooms will
need to meet the fire separation of the code.
IFC 110.2 The Fire Marshal or the Fire Inspector of designee
shall be authorized to immediate evacuation of the
building deemed unsafe where such building is
unsafe has hazardous conditions or unsafe
equipment.
IFC 110.4 Abatement is the responsibility of the owner of agent
and it shall abate all unsafe conditions in building.
