CO detectors are needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. Some smoke detectors are in need of batteries. Violation Comments 9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration has still not been obtained. Failure to register shall result in municipal citations being issued. IPMC 309 Mice Infestation still has not been addressed. IPMC 305 All holes in walls have not been corrected. Doors fo not fit in the openings reasonably well and trim is coming lose. Screen door on front still needs repaired. IFC Fuel barrel in basement still has not been removed. IPMC 603 Stove still has not been repaired. IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be in good condition and operational.The windows still have not been fixed. Replace all broken and missing windows.
