IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in bedroom and outside of
the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in basement.

IPMC 304.15 Front door needs to be in good &sound condition.
Door needs to be weather tight and able to hold out
the cold air.
IPMC 305.4 307 Basement stairs are unsafe and need repaired.
Install handrails and guards to meet code.
IPMX 305 Ceilings in the bedroom, kitchen and back room off
kitchen need repaired. Black mold in present n back
room off kitchen. Peeling, cracked and abraded
paint needs corrected through the unit.
Kitchen cabinets and counter tops need
repaired.they are not in good condition.
The slopping of the floors needs attention.
IPMC 605 Electrical light fixture in bathroom needs replaced.
Electric outlet in living room on the south wall is not
working.
IPMC 304.13 All windows other that a fixed window shall be easily
openable and capable of being held in the position
by window hardware.
IPMC 309 The owner of any structure shall be responsible for
the pest elimination within the structure. Spiders and
other infestation needs attention.
IPMC 304.10 The back stairs outside the rear door are unsafe.
The stairs will need replaced and installed to code.
There will need to be a landing at the exterior of the
door at least 3' in travel distance and as wide as the
door and then construct stairs to meet code off of
the landing.
