IBC 105 No permits for window obtained in our office. New
window installed in shower cavity.Window needs to
be tempered for this location.

IPMC 504 Shower stall needs to be in sound condition and in
good repair. Currently shower stall has had some
work since last inspection but still not to code.
Shower attachment laying in tub.
Water heater still missing discharge tube.
New toilet still not secured to floor.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation needs to be monitored.
IPMC 603 Stove still not working.
IPMC 605 All lights are in need of globe that currently do not
have them.
Front and back door lights need repaired.
Need an approved cover on the exterior electrical
box on front of the house.
IPMC 305 Kitchen cabinets still not repaired. Drawer fronts and
drawers need repaired.
Peeling paint needs corrected.
