IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in the bedrooms and
one outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector
needed in basement. CO Detector is needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 305 Peeling,abraded, or cracked paint needs corrected.
Ceilings in back rooms are not installed to meet
maintenance and fire codes. .
Floors are unsanitary and will need replaced in
kitchen and bathroom
Check floor in living room by dining room it is
unstable.
Ceilings and all surfaces need to be maintained in
good repair and in a sanitary condition.
9-7-4-9-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for unit. It is against city ordinance for you to collect
rent like you have been for failure to have
registered.
IPMC 304.7 House is in need of a new roof.
IPMC 504 No hot water for house.Water heater will need
replaced. Flue is not secured to water heater and
chimney. Hot water heater is not working.
Bathroom sink will need replaced since it is not
installed securely to wall. &cabinet.
Kitchen faucet will need replaced.
IPMC 605 Several outlets in house are not grounded. Dinning
room, bedroom outlets will need checked by a
licensed electrician.
All lights in house will need globes.
IPMC 304.13 Windows and frames shall be kept in sound
condition,good repair and weather tight.
IPMC 702 Means of egress out back door is blocked and will
need clear path for exit.
IPMC 304.15 Back door will need to be maintained in good repair
and weather tight.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords they are not allowed.
IPMC 108.1.3 Unfit to occupy Unit is unfit for human occupancy.The unit is in
disrepair and lacks maintenance, is unsafe, is
insanitary,and lacks essential equipment required to
be occupied.The unit constitutes a hazard to the
occupant and to the public.
