IFC 907 915 IPMC 704
Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed on
each level and in basement. CO detector needed in
vicinity of bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Several electrical issues with all ceiling fans and
lights they need replaced. All outlets and switches
need covers. All outlets need to be in working
condition throughout.
Electric fixture in basement on ceiling not secured to
box.
Back room off kitchen light needs repaired.
Electric panel is not grounded to water service. Need
grounding strap on water neater.
Check all electric fixtures to ensure meet code.
All ceiling fan lights throughout need replaced.
One outlet in orange bedroom hanging off wall.
Replace light fixture in bathroom.
Porch light not working.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in kitchen needs replaced where water
damage has occurred. All surfaces shall be
maintained in good, clean, and sanitary condition.
Kitchen cabinets need repaired since drawer fronts
are missing.
Replace all carpet that has tears and damage that
may cause trip hazards.

Refrigerator is leaking onto floor.
Washing machine in basement is missing front
cover.
IPMC 304.10 Stairs to basement are unsafe with the stair treads
very unstable. Replace unsafe treads.
Outside deck needs new balusters installed since
several are broken. Replace posts that are loose or
broken.
IPMC 504 Basement drain backing up. Have Plumber check
drain to ensure no blockage. Food on basement
from kitchen sink on basement floor coming up
through floor drain.
Water heater is missing front panel on water heater.

Handrails to upstairs need to be in place.
Also need handrails on front porch stairs.
Window in stairway needs to be tempered glass and
have limiters installed for fall prevention.
Remove all extension cords in house.
Broken window and screen in bathroom needs
replaced.
House will need a new roof installed. Shingles are in
sound condition and good repair.
Side entrance door blocked going to basement.
Egress shall not be blocked and door shall be in
working condition.
