IPMC 603 Heating system in emergency mode on thermostat.
AC unit on the exterior needs weeds and trees
removed away from unit so it can breath.Also the
fins on the AC unit need cleaned.To much texture
on thermostat to check operation.Tenants advised
furnace is not working.
Vent covers in basement are falling off the ceiling.
IPMC 309 Handrail from back door to kitchen is loose.
IPMC 605 Light in furnace/laundry room not working.
IPMC 305.4 Landing and stairs at back door need to be finished.
Need transition strip needed for carpet and rubber
tread covers are a trip hazard. Finish landing with
floor coverings.
IPMC 304.15 Back door door hardware(knob)is loose in the door.
Also the trim on the door interferes with the closing
of the door.The latch hardware catches on the trim
when the door closes.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords in use.Tenants advised what type
of power strips are allowed and to remove extension
cords.
