Violation Comments IFC 901.8 Fire alarm pull station has been tampered with and will need replaced on the 1 st floor by the rear entrance door. IBC 703 All holes in walls need to be covered by any such material to meet the codes fire separation requirements.Access panels with a fire rating to meet code or drywall installed such as 5/8 type X gypsum to meet the fire separation requirement throughout the building. Rooms under construction will need to also meet the fire separation of the fire and building code. The current application does not meet the fire and building code. IBC 105 All remodeling being done will require permits for work. Construction documents/plan will need to be submitted for review to ensure the scope of work will meet code.
