Violation Comments
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed to be installed to cede and
in working condition. Installed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Entryway light has not been fixed yet. Light fixtures in
bathroom needs bubs.All outlets and switches need
covers.GFCI outlet in kitchen not working.
IPMC 504 Kitchen and bathroom sink needs new faucets.
New wall installed for new bedroom still not
constructed to meet code.The building/apartment
has a footprint change that needs approval so it
meets code,
IPMC 305 All peeling paint has not been corrected. Repair all
holes in walls.
IIPMC 304.10 Handrails do not meet code.They need to be
between 34"&38".Currently guards and handrails
are not meeting code.
