IPMC 309 Bed bug infestation still has not had an exterminator
address the infestation.

IPMC 305 305.3 Ceiling in dining room has had some patch work but
still has not corrected the issue.Water stains are still
appearing. Remove all damaged drywall, FIND water
issue and correct. REPLACE damaged drywall so
the area is in good, clean, and sanitary condition.
Stains appearing on walls in living room&kitchen
showed up in this inspection. Do not now where
stains are coming from.All interior surfaces need to
be maintained.
Wall by cold air register has been worked on and not
finished.
