Violation Comments
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in every bedroom and
outside bedrooms. CO detector needed outside of
the bedrooms.

9-7-49-7-5 Rental registration needed for this property and all
Valley Property Alliance properties.
IPMC 605 Ceiling fan needs to be hardwired. Currently use with
an electrical cord.
Need NM connector to cover opening in electric
panel.
Outlet in upstairs bathroom not working.
Outlet in basement laundry room loose in wall.
IPMC 305 Carpet is very unsanitary. Carpet will need cleaned
or removed/replaced.An odor of urine present at
time of inspection.
Carpet in entry to bedrooms missing and not
maintained in good condition.
Cracked plaster and peeling paint needs corrected.
Potential for lead base paint in unit.
All floors and surfaces shall be maintained in good,
clean, and sanitary condition.
IPMC 603 Goodman furnace installed in basement with no
permits and no inspections. Obtain licensed
contractor to obtain permit and an inspection.
Kitchen stove not working as manufactured and will
need replaced.
IPMC 307 Handrails and guards needed to basement. Handrail
needs to cover all stairs and guards installed to
prevent falling into basement from stairs.
handrail to upstairs need secured. .
IPMC 504 Toilet in main level not working as it should. Needs
new float installed.
IPMC 403.2 Need an exhaust fan installed in main level
bathroom.
IPMC 305..6 Bathroom on main level needs a new door installed.
Current door broken and not maintained in good
repair.
IPMC 304.15 Rear egress door not maintained. Need to replace
hardware and security lock and all components
associated with the operation of the door.
