CO detectors needed outside of rooms used for bedrooms. Some smile detectors were in need of new batteries sine they were beeping. Violation Comments 9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license rental registration needed for all rental properties. Failure to register shall result in municipal citations being issued. IPMC 309 Mice infestation in house that needs the attention of an exterminator. Flies present in basement need exterminated. IPMC 305 All holes in the walls through the house need repaired. IPMC 605 Electrical outlets need covers that cover entire fixture and hole in wall. IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords in use. IPMC 504 Water heater not installed to code. Supply lines are PEX and there needs of be solid copper lines up off top; of water heater 18 inches. Licensed contractor will know proper installation of water heater. IPMC 305.6 Interior doors,jams,and hardware need attention. Locks and knobs are not functioning as manufactured. IPMC 304.15 Front door and rear door need to be operable and weather tight. Doors do not fit in openings reasonably well and trim is coming loose. Screen door on front door needs repaired. It needs shock replaced so door will close and latch. IFC Fuel tank in basement will need to be removed since it is no longer in use. IPMC 603 Stove not functioning as manufactured. Stove needs repaired or replaced. IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be in good condition and operational.All windows need screens. Replace missing/broken windows on porch.
