IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in all units installed to
code. CO detectors needed in all units.
Smoke detector needed in basement.

IPMC 309 Infestation of cockroaches and bedbugs in unit and
building. Obtain a exterminator to abate infestation.
Our office will need report on file infestation is
abated.
IPMC 305 Ceiling and walls in bedroom need replaced.Water
leaking in bedroom Wall and ceiling not maintained
in good condition.This building needs to meet the
fire separation and the material currently used does
not meet the fire separation.
The bathroom floor needs replaced.
Kitchen cabinets not maintained they are missing
drawer fronts and are unsanitary.
I{MC 403.2 Exhaust fan in bathroom needs to be in working
condition. Fan needs to be installed to code.
IPMC 504 Shower surround needs replaced.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords need removed.Also remove multiple
plug adapters.
IPMC 304.10 Front porch and stairs are unsafe and need
replaced.
IPMC 605 Electric service to building is unsafe and needs
replaced.
IPMC 108.1.1 108.1.3 Structure is unsafe and unfit to occupy.This
structure is a hazard to the occupants because it is
unfit for human occupancy in its current condition.
IPMC 108.1.5 Dangerous building.The structure is dangerous
because of the level of dilapidation,deterioration,
decay and neglect.
