IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in all units. CO detectors
needed in all units.

IPMC 309 Entire building is infested with cockroaches and
bedbugs. Obtain the services of an exterminator to
ensure infestation is abated. Our office wail need a
report on file from the exterminator stating infestation
is under control. .
IPMC 304.10 Back deck is unsafe and will need replaced. Stairs
and porch do not meet code.All components shall
be maintained structurally sound, in good repair,and
capable of supporting normally imposed loads.
IPMC 305 All walls and ceilings need to be maintained in good,
clean, and sanitary condition.All defective material
shall be replaced and covered with approved
material.All surfaces shall be in good,clean,and
sanitary condition.
IPMC 603 Stove in not in good condition and needs replaced.
IFC 605.5 All extension cords and multiple adapters are not
allowed.
IPMC 504 Shower in not in good condition.All plumbing and
fixtures need to be properly installed and maintained
in working order and shall be kept in functional
condition. Shower pan not installed to code. Hire a
plumbing contractor to make corrections.
Sump pump in basement pumping water outside will
need removed.Washing machine in basement
needs to be attached to the drain properly.
Unit 1 plumbing in basement has a real bad leak in
basement that need attention.
Sanitary sewer stacks in basement need looked at.
IPMC 304.13 All windows need to be operational. Fix all broken
windows.
IPMC 605 All light fixtures will need the proper globes installed
on all lights.
SEU cables on exterior are in bad shape and service
will need replaced to building.
IPMC 108.1.1 108.1.3 Unsafe Structure&Structure is unfit to occupy.This
building constitutes a hazard to all occupants of the
structure.
