Our office wail need a report on file from the exterminator stating infestation is under control. . IPMC 304.10 Back deck is unsafe and will need replaced. Unit 1 plumbing in basement has a real bad leak in basement that need attention. Sanitary sewer stacks in basement need looked at. IPMC 304.13 All windows need to be operational. Fix all broken windows. IPMC 605 All light fixtures will need the proper globes installed on all lights. SEU cables on exterior are in bad shape and service will need replaced to building.
