IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
Smoke detectors beeping possible need batteries.
CO detector needed in vicinity of bedrooms.

IBC 105 Permits needed for the new window installed in the
bathroom.Window needs to be tempered for this
area.
IPMC 504 Shower stall needs to be in sound condition and in
good repair. Currently shower is not in a sanitary
condition and not safe.
Water heater is missing a discharge tube.
Toilet is still not replaced in bathroom.Toilet is
currently running and will not stop.Also toilet still not
secured to floor.
IPMC 309 Mice infestation needs to be continually monitored.
IPMC 304.15 Screen door in rear of residence needs repaired.
Bedroom doors shall fit reasonably in their openings.
Hinges pulling out of wall.
IPMC 603 Stove still not working.
IPMC 605 All lights need globes.
Front and back door lights need repaired.
Need an approved cover on electrical box on front of
house.
IPMC 305 Kitchen cabinets still not repaired.All surfaces need
to be maintained in good condition. Drawers and
drawer fronts need repaired.
Peeling paint needs corrected.
