IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and one
outside of the bedrooms. Need a CO detector in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 605 Electrical panel has water damage and is not
grounded. Have licensed electrician make
corrections to get electric service to meet code.
Electrical fixture in entryway not installed to code.
Have all non-working outlets checked and repaired.
All light fixtures need globes.
IPMC 309 Bed bug infestation in unit still need report from
exterminator that abatement has occurred.
IPMC 504 505 Water heater not installed to code. Supply lines
need to be hard piped and need a shut off valve
installed.
Upstairs bathroom installed no permits. Shower, sink,
and toilet installed. Licensed contractor and permits
have yet to be obtained.
IBC 105 Permits have yet to be obtained for work being done
