IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need smoke detectors and CO detectors installed to
code. Smoke detector in each bedroom and 1
outside of the bedrooms and CO detector in vicinity
of the bedrooms.

IPMC 304.10 Stairs, guards, and hand railing needs removed and
replaced to upper unit. Landing slopes real bad,
guards are unsafe, and no handrails are attached to
stairs. In its current condition it is very unsafe.
Exposed nails on decking currently in place.
Deck needs to be attached to the house and not just
laid on the roof. Install new deck, handrails and
guards to meet code.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords.Appliances need direct
connection to outlets.
IPMC 605 Several electrical issues throughout the unit. Outlets
missing covers,outlets pulling out the walls and fan
hanging on wall in bedroom is unsafe.
All lights need globes and installed to code.
All outlets need covers.
All lights need to be in working condition.
IPMC 603 Refrigerator not working to manufactures
specifications.
Thermostat is not secured to the wall just hanging by
the wires.
IPMC 504 Currently no water service to unit.Water service
needs restored to unit. Plumbing fixtures and system
shall be maintained in a safe, sanitary and functional
condition.
IPMC 305 Ceiling tiles need to be fire rated and in place to
meet the applicable fire separation of the fire code.
All paneling shall be attached to the walls and
maintained structurally sound and capable of
supporting all imposed loads.
Floor in front bedroom is slopped severally and all
structural members need checked to ensure all
imposed loads are safe.
IPMC 403.2 Need to install bath fan in bathroom that is in
operation condition.
IPMC 304.15 Need to have entrance door replaced. Doors shall
be maintained in good condition and in working
condition. Security window is broken out of the door.
IPMC 109 Imminent danger Electrical system is currently unsafe to the
occupants. Several items on report are unsafe to the
occupants.
IPMC 108.1.5 Unsafe decking,stairs,and walking surfaces
currently in place.
