RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO COOPERATIVE
v AGREEMENT WITH U . S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Cooperative Agreement dated April 9, 2007,
to extend completion date to September 30, 2007 and decrease
EQ-&wnfields Cleanup Revolving Loan award by $650, 000. 00 for low
interest loans for cleanup of Brownfields properties citywide, by
a between the U. S . Environmental Protection Agency and the City
of _Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Wataerloo, Iowa.
