RESOLUTION NO. 2020-524
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH 6 COMM PROPERTIES LLC, AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2020-226, AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated July 13, 2020, between 6 Comm Properties, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to construct a new 4-story residential building with first floor
commercial space on the site, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2020-226, approved April 6, 2020
be rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
