RESOLUTION APPROVING A
AGREEMENT WITH PERSONIFIED,
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE AREA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
DEVELOPMENT
INC., REQUIRING
VACATED, AND
CITY CLERK TO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated July 13, 2020, between Personified, Inc. and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to expand their yard space are for the business along Highway 218, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
