RESOLUTION NO. 2020-531
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
5BEES, LLC FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF BLACK HAWK STREET AND
WEST 18TH STREET, PER THE DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT, AND RESCINDING LEASE AGREEMENT
EXECUTED JULY 9, 2018 WITH 3 LITTLE LAMBS, LLC,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the lease agreement dated July 13, 2020, between 5Bees, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the maintenance of the northwest corner of Black Hawk Street and West 18th Street,
per the Development Agreement, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lease Agreement with 3 Little Lambs, LLC,
originally executed July 9, 2018, is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
