RESOLUTION NO. 2020-532
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,500, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
REPORT ON US HIGHWAY 63 SOUTH INTERCEPTOR
SEWER UPGRADE PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 13, 2020, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $79,500, in
conjunction with the Preliminary Engineering Report on US Highway 63 South Interceptor
Sewer Upgrade Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
