RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH I & S GROUP, INC.,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MARCH 27, 2020, TO CONVERT
THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PHASE FROM
HOURLY TO A FIXED FEE OF $15,000 PER OWNER, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER PENTHOUSE/CHILLER PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between I & S Group, Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, originally executed March 27, 2020, to convert the Construction
Administration Phase from hourly to a fixed fee of $15,000 per owner, in conjunction with the
Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Penthouse/Chiller Project, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
