RESOLUTION NO. 2020-534
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMUNITY CATALYST
AND REMEDIATION GRANT, CONTRACT NUMBER 20-
CTBF-028, WITH IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000, FOR THE
REDEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1427-1429
W. 3RD STREET AND 405 BAYARD STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Community Catalyst and Remediation Grant, Contract Number 20-CTBF-028, dated July
13, 2020, between the Iowa Economic Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the redevelopment of property located at 1427-1429 W. 3rd Street and 405 Bayard Street, in
the amount of $100,000, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
