RESOLUTION NO. 2020-535
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY CGA ENGINEERS, ON
BEHALF OF MIDWEST DEVELOPMENT, TO APPROVE THE FINAL
PLAT OF LINCOLNSHIRE ADDITION, A 24 LOT RESIDENTIAL
SUBDIVISION LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 3520 ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, on this 13th day of July 2020, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Lincolnshire Addition, a 24-lot residential subdivision
located northwest of 3520 Ansborough Avenue, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
was presented for approval by CGA Engineers, on behalf of Midwest Development, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on July 7, 2020, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of CGA Engineers, on behalf of Midwest Development,
for approval of the Final Plat of Lincolnshire Addition, a 24-lot resedential subdivision located
northwest of 3520 Ansborough Avenue, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
