RESOLUTION NO. 2020-537
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 3 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON
ENGINEERING COMPANY, OF INDEPENDENCE, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED JULY 30, 2018, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $13,570, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WESTDALE SUBDIVISION SWALE PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Addendum No. 3, to the Professional Services Agreement originally approved on July 30,
2018, between Robinson Engineering Company of Independence, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $13,570, in conjunction with the Westdale Subdivision Swale
Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
