RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2, TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH HR GREEN, INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED APRIL 6, 2020, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $30,015, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2021 SHAULIS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION - HESS ROAD TO
HWY. 218 PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1020, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2, to the Professional Services Agreement originally executed
on April 6, 2020, between HR Green of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in
an amount not to exceed $30,015, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Shaulis Road Reconstruction
- Hess Road to Hwy. 218 Project, Contract No. 1020, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July 2020.
